Business Analyst

Business Analyst required for a project implementing an IT solution. 

The BA will be required to undertake analysis of the current state ‘as is’ processes and to develop future state ‘to be’ processes using various means and tools. Good communication and stakeholder management skills are essential as this is a user facing role 

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND TASKS 

• Process mapping ‘as is’ process capture via workshops and one to one engagement 
• Process mapping ‘to be’ process capture via workshops and one to one engagement 
• Identification of the critical inputs and outputs from these processes 
• Gap analysis and impact analysis for the future way of working 
• Experience of Visio
