Overview: 

Successful Change Management for successfully managing change. The objective of this hands-on course is to understand what change is and how it can be managed. Participants will learn the basics of change management and the levers that will best guide the change. The content of the course is based around a standard introduction to change management course, but with more emphasis on managing the change and the obstacles to change.
